What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows positive suggestions to reach the subconscious mind, therefore unlocking mental blocks and allowing helpful and lasting changes to occur safely and rapidly. Sometimes our conscious mind alone is simply not able to make the changes we desire, even with all the best will in the world. But as soon as our subconscious mind is on board, changes can be made and new goals achieved.
 
 
The unconscious mind is the key to all of our creativity, imagination and behaviours. It is also responsible for maintaining our good health and yet we don't always use this powerful tool to our advantage. When we access the subconscious mind directly, we can start to transform unwanted behaviours and negative thought patterns as well as influence our body's autoimmune systems. If we start to imagine the possibilities for change... we can then work together to set small, realistic and achievable goals in order to acheive positive change.
